ASUS King of Mobile 2018
The ASUS King of Mobile 2018 choose to focus on 1 single game – Free Fire Battlegrounds by Garena, a new genre of battle royale shooting game which made popular by the Playerunknow’s Battlegrounds. There is a total of 20 squads with 4 players each took place in the 7-round battle royale: 4 preliminary rounds, 2 semi-final rounds, and 1 grand final (free-for-all) round.
The last man standing – King of Mobile is born. Abdul Malik claims the trophy and walks away with the ASUS ZenFone Max Plus M1, ROG Ranger Backpack, Mighty Monster vouchers, and Garena in-game premiums. Runner-ups Azwan Radzali, Noor Alif Danial, and Siti Aisyah also walk away with some Mighty Monster vouchers, Garena in-game premiums as well as the ASUS ZenFone Max Plus M1.
Mobile gaming and eSports are here to stay and grow. Mobile games are a lot accessible where nowadays smartphones are getting a lot more powerful where gaming on it is no longer a distant dream. On top of that, as we have heard of rumours that the ASUS Republic of Gamers shall release a gaming-oriented phone to counter the Razer Phone, I believe the mobile eSports field will get a lot more interesting.
