Fitbit unveils the Fitbit Versa, their lightest smartwatch that has health and fitness tracking features with 4+ days battery life. Alongside the launch of Fitbit Versa is the introduction of female health tracking & Fitbit OS 2.0 that brings all the best features to the wrist.

Fitbit Versa

The Fitbit Versa is the company’s lightest smartwatch yet. Making it comfortable, durable and versatile for all-day and night wear. It features an ultra-thin anodised aluminium case and is slightly tapered and angled in its design to fit small or large wrists. The rounded square silhouette display features a bright, colourful touchscreen and sharp graphics up to 1,000 nits.  Stylish accessories with different materials and make are available for different occasions.

Fitbit OS 2.0

When to comes to the features, the Fitbit Versa has it all. First of all, with Fitbit OS 2.0, the dashboard provides a more simplified and holistic view of your health and fitness data. For instance, fitness statistics, activity & exercise summaries, action-oriented motivational messages and guidance.

Other health and fitness features including the enhanced 24/7 PurePulse heart rate tracking, on-screen personal workouts from Fitbit Coach, 15+ exercise modes, connected GPS and automatic activity & exercise tracking.

Female Health Tracking

Fitbit is finally introducing the female health tracking to help women stay on top of their menstrual cycle. It allows the users to log the menstrual cycle data and symptoms such as headaches, acne and cramps. Based on the logged data, Fitbit’s proprietary cycle algorithm will dynamically predict your cycle and it will only get smarter over time.

With those in mind, it will definitely help you manage your activity and sleep needs during certain times of the month. On top of that, the community tab in the Fitbit app also has Groups that surrounds the topics such as periods, birth control, pregnancy, perimenopause and menopause.

Fitbit Versa will be available in stores beginning Q2 2018 across all leading stores including All IT Hypermarket, AONE Plus, Best Denki, Harvey Norman, Timekeeper, Thunder Match Technology, and Lazada Malaysia.
