Midea releases new Avigator, Numen, Celest, and Glory Pro series air conditioners for Malaysia

So, Midea Malaysia just rolled out a new lineup of air conditioners, and they’re seriously upping the game. These aren’t your typical units — they come loaded with AI-driven energy-saving tech, anti-corrosion systems made with aerospace-level materials, and they play nice with smart home setups too.

What’s cool is that Midea’s using something called the ECOMASTER AI algorithm, which they say is trained on billions of data points. Basically, it figures out how to optimize your energy use without you needing to lift a finger – just press one button, and boom, it can cut power consumption by nearly half. Plus, it’s officially certified by SIRIM Malaysia.

And if you like keeping tabs on your electricity usage, the Midea app gives you real-time tracking, monthly breakdowns, and even heads-up alerts if something’s off.

Now, on the durability side, these things are built like tanks. They’ve got this 6-layer anti-corrosion coating called PrimeGuard, which uses HYPER GRAPFINS – yes, that’s aerospace-level stuff – and they claim it’s over 12 times tougher than the usual build. Toss in high-purity copper tubing, UV-resistant circuit boards, auto dust cleaning, and the ability to withstand heat up to 55°C, and you’ve got something that’s clearly made to last in Malaysian weather.

Performance-wise, the COOLFLASH tech can cool down a room by 6°C in just 10 minutes, which is great for those blazing afternoons. It also throws cool air across a wide 9.2-meter spread, thanks to a beefed-up compressor. And for air quality, there’s something called Air Magic, which basically blasts out ions to wipe out over 99% of airborne germs and viruses. It keeps the air fresh while using super low energy – just 0.8 kWh to purify continuously, and 0.26 kWh per cleaning cycle.
