2 min read

PUMA, in collaboration with Fossil, has established a new sports fashion smartwatch. Equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon Wear 3100, the smartwatch is designed to help athletes train, stay motivated and track their goals while connecting with other peers on the go.

Merging the best of sports lifestyle and modern technology together, the smartwatch is made to both look good and feel good on the wrist with a cut-out of nylon and aluminium case that delivers an ultra-lightweight fit. A textured silicone strap provides grip and breathability and minimizes sweating during vigorous activities.

The PUMA Smartwatch is powered by Wear OS by Google. With GoogleFit, the watch can track activities such as pilates, rowing, or spinning or count reps from resistance training such as pushups. While the watch is in “Workout Mode”, the watch will continually track your heart rate allowing you to see if it’s in your ideal range. GoogleFit also allows you to change goals easily with its friendly UI and it can notify of your goal progress and completion.

The PUMA Smartwatch also allows you to choose from the several interactive dial options such as the “Scorecard” that displays time, date, and heart rate and also allows you to customize what information to display on the watch for a quick glance. Other features include allowing you to upload pictures from social media to the Smartwatch to personalize it to your own liking.

The PUMA Smartwatch will be priced at $275 in November 2019 on PUMA’s website and select retailers. The Smartwatch will be available in 3 different colourways; white, black and neon.
