When we talk about blenders, the first thing that comes to our mind is usually the boring single-purpose kitchen appliance that can only be used for basic food processing. Build Quality
How it differs from others is its ability to cook meals and it is achieved with the heating element under the glass jug.
Combined with the thick Borosilicate glass, it weighs quite a bit. So you have to be extra careful handling the jug.
It has 2 different capacity limit – 1400ml (48oz) for hot soup or 1750ml (56oz) for regular or cold drinks.
The lid, on the other hand, is not that heavy. But it serves a very important role, preventing your smoothie or soup exploding all over your kitchen.
The concept is very simple, there is a sensor at the handle that constantly detects for the lid. If the lid is not secured in place, you won’t be able to start any function on the blender. What I don’t like about the lid is the metal ring at the top which will become very hot to touch when you cook soup.
This benchtop blender has a powerful 2200W blending power and 850W of heating power. The control panel is made up of a large LCD display with multiple touch-sensitive buttons. I know the touch interface is popular nowadays, but I don’t think it is entirely suitable for kitchen usage because it doesn’t work well with wet fingers.
Built-in Functions
There are plenty of built-in functions in the menu that allows the user to choose which type of food they are preparing. And that is a huge time saver. We have previously cooked mushroom soup and carrot porridge, by just using the menu’s preset.

Cleaning
Cleaning the glass jug can be a little tedious since the bottom part cannot be taken off. And most importantly, don’t put the jug into a dishwasher, just don’t. Remember, every time preparing the meal, pour them out and soak the jug with water and detergent, it will help.
Final Words
So, overall how does the blender performs? At the price of RM788 on 11street, some of you might say they are asking too much. To be fair, you have to compare it to something with similar functions. and honestly speaking, it is reasonably priced. If you live in a small condo with limited kitchen space, I believe this blender is perfect for you.
