Find out Samsung Vacuum Engineers’ take on the Innovative Design of Bespoke Jet
Samsung Newsroom has recently interviewed the vacuum engineers who were in charge of the Bespoke Jet’s creation about how they refined the feature-packed vacuum to cater to consumers’ evolving needs. Let’s check out what they have to say.
Prioritizing the Needs of Consumers
People across the world are becoming more concerned with keeping their living spaces clean as they spend more time at home nowadays. As a result, many have then been interested in stick vacuum cleaners that are both powerful and simple to use. As project leader Jungkok Lim explained, performance and ease of use were just two of the many factors that Samsung considered when refining the Bespoke Jet design.
Lim mentioned: “Because many homes outside of Korea are carpeted and have pets, it is essential for stick vacuums to offer excellent performance regardless of the type of flooring, and a sufficiently long battery time to cover the entire house. These are the most basic yet important consumer needs.”
Convenient Cleaning
Samsung went to great lengths to equip the Bespoke Jet with an eye-catching design that is both sleek and intuitive. The result of the team’s hard work is a vacuum that not only blends seamlessly with consumers’ décor but also features key enhancements that maximize convenience.
That includes their decision to to equip the vacuum with an intuitive LCD display, a long-lasting detachable battery, and a soft roller to the Jet Dual Brush to take up large dust particles from hard flooring.
Powerful Yet Compact
As suction power was another key consideration for Lim and his team, they introduced a more advanced Digital Inverter Motor that is faster, smaller, and higher efficient compared to a standard motor, as well as longer-lasting battery life in the newer model of Bespoke Jet. This motor is able to deliver impressive suction power with a rotating speed of up to 135,000rpm.
The vacuum’s Jet Cyclone technology increases its suction power. The feature’s high-efficiency multi-cyclone structure, which has 27 air holes to minimize suction loss, creates an optimal air route that lowers air resistance around the dustbin and hygienically collects small dust particles drawn into the vacuum.
Innovative For Consumers
In past years, the cordless vacuum cleaner market was mostly focused on product specifications, such as suction, running time, and device weight, but Samsung and Lim’s team have been innovating in this space with the introduction of the Clean Station in 2020.
Since then, the Clean Station has become the second most important buying factor in the Korean vacuum market, with a new emphasis on user convenience through autonomous trash emptying.
That’s basically the key point of how they optimized the Samsung Bespoke Jet vacuum to fulfill the changing needs of users. You can refer to the following link to learn more about the interview.
