Samsung has recently showcased its latest Color E-Paper and Smart Signage displays at the Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) 2025; let’s take a look at both of them.
Color E-Paper
The Color E-Paper (EMDX model) revolutionizes energy-efficient digital signage by combining digital ink with full-color e-paper technology. This ultra-slim, lightweight display serves as an eco-friendly alternative to traditional signage while maintaining high visibility and functionality.
Using advanced digital ink, the EMDX operates at 0.00W power when displaying static images and consumes far less energy during transitions, leading to significant cost savings. It comes in various sizes, including 13-inch, 25-inch, 32-inch QHD, and a 75-inch 5K outdoor version, catering to different business needs. Building on the 105-inch QPDX-5K model, which features a 21:9 aspect ratio for video conferencing, the QHFX introduces a versatile 16:9 aspect ratio and multi-view support for up to four split windows, making it ideal for various settings, from meeting rooms to high-end retail spaces.
Equipped with QLED 4K resolution, 700 nits brightness, and Tizen OS 8.0, it delivers vibrant visuals and smooth performance.
