Samsung Malaysia Electronics kick-starts the year 2018 with the launch of their brands new Samsung Galaxy A8 (2018) and Galaxy A8+ (2018). Both models feature a Dual Front Camera and IP68-rated water and dust proof.

It is Samsung’s first ever phone with a dual front camera configuration and that clearly points out that the Galaxy A8 family is a series of selfie-centric phones. The dual front camera has 16MP + 8MP sensor with bright f/1.9 aperture lens. Each of the lenses has a different focal length for capturing different photo angles – 16MP standard angle selfie and 8MP ultra-wide angle wefie.
The advanced Live Focus feature first introduced in Samsung Galaxy Note8 is also present here for artificial bokeh effect. The standard rear 16MP f/1.7 camera is great for low light and capturing sharp images.
Pricing & Availability
The Galaxy A8 (2018) & A8+ (2018) is now available in Malaysia at the recommended price of RM 1,799 and RM 2,499 respectively (inclusive of 6% GST). Both devices are also available in Black, Gold and Orchid Gray to suit your personal style.
