Samsung’s Hospitality TVs now support AirPlay for iOS and iPadOS devices

Samsung has just announced that its Hospitality TVs are now compatible with AirPlay to enable hotel guests to connect their iOS and iPadOS devices to the TVs.

Thanks to the AirPlay support, guests can now enjoy watching shows and movies from popular streaming services, listening to music, playing games, etc on their room’s Samsung Hospitality TV by scanning a unique on-screen QR code to connect their iPhone or iPad securely.

To ensure both convenience and robust security, no personal information is stored, and all data about paired devices is automatically erased upon guest checkout, giving guests extra peace of mind regarding data privacy.

On top of that, these new Samsung Hospitality TVs come equipped with LYNK Cloud and SmartThings Pro for improved connectivity, efficient management, and an enhanced guest experience.

The LYNK Cloud is an all-encompassing cloud solution for Samsung Hospitality TVs tailored for hotel managers and operators, offering customizable content, remote device management, access to OTT entertainment, and so on.
