Let’s #SingTogethAR

Samsung Malaysia has launched the “Let’s #SingTogethAR” campaign to foster the spirit of being a proud Malaysian. From now till 10 August 2018, Samsung invites Malaysians to record an AR Emoji video of themselves singing the childhood classic “Rasa Sayang”. For every uploaded video, Samsung will contribute RM3 to Tabung Harapan, towards a better nation for a greater Malaysia.

Let’s #SingTogethAR

The campaign will revolve around the use of the AR Emoji recording feature which is, at the time of writing, only found on the Galaxy S9 (which NasiLemakTech has reviewed and love) and also the Galaxy S9+.

For Malaysians who don’t have a Galaxy S9 or S9+, visit any Samsung Experience Store and there, you will be assisted by a product expert. In appreciation of your support, each participant will be awarded a movie e-ticket for the first 200 submissions of the day.

Let’s express our Raya Sayang for the country by submitting a unique AR Emoji through these 4 simple steps below.

  • Step 1: Create your AR Emoji with Samsung Galaxy S9 or S9+
  • Step 2: Choose your preferred “Rasa Sayang” lyrics and record yourself singing through your AR Emoji
  • Step 3: Upload your video at www.samsung.com/my/singtogethar/
  • Step 4: Fill in your details and click submit

To view Samsung’s promo Rasa Sayang video, you can visit this link or watch it over on YouTube here.

To be honest, it’s a rather interesting event and Samsung is actively challenging their own creativity in creating campaigns that benefit us, customers. Even if you don’t have a Galaxy S9 or S9+, Samsung welcomes you to visit any Samsung Experience Store to record your own Let’s #SingTogethAR video and be awarded a movie e-ticket. All these are done while promoting the spirit of being a proud Malaysia. Also, karaoke singers can actually be given a spotlight here. Who knows, perhaps Samsung is finding for the next local musical talent or prodigy? 🤔
