SEMICON Southeast Asia Returns to Singapore for 30th Anniversary

SEMICON Southeast Asia, the region’s leading electronics manufacturing and supply chain event, is returning to its roots in Singapore in 2025 to celebrate its 30th anniversary. The event will be held at the Sands Expo & Convention Centre from 20 to 22 May 2025.

With over 18,000 attendees expected, the event will serve as a crucial platform for industry leaders to network, share insights, and drive innovation. The theme, “Stronger Together,” highlights the importance of collaboration in addressing industry challenges and seizing opportunities.

SEMICON Southeast Asia has been instrumental in the growth of the semiconductor industry in the region. Its return to Singapore underscores the city-state’s pivotal role as a global semiconductor hub. Singapore’s strong business environment, strategic location, and robust infrastructure make it an ideal venue for this milestone event.

Linda Tan, President of SEMI Southeast Asia, expressed enthusiasm about the event’s return to Singapore, emphasizing the city-state’s dynamic semiconductor ecosystem as a catalyst for innovation. Cindy Koh, Executive Vice President of the Singapore Economic Development Board, welcomed the decision, highlighting Singapore’s significant contributions to the global semiconductor industry. Yap Chin Siang, Deputy Chief Executive of the Singapore Tourism Board, also expressed excitement about the event, positioning Singapore as a global business hub.

SEMICON Southeast Asia 2025 will focus on key industry trends including sustainability, artificial intelligence, chiplet technology, and workforce development.
