Tune Protect Berhad have collaborated with DoctorOnCall, to provide the first ever complimentary medical consultation service to Tune Protect’s travel insurance policyholders in Malaysia.

Seeking for medical advice in a foreign country could be challenging, but not anymore. With DoctorOnCall, you can communicate with qualified medical doctors through web chat, video and phone call, and receive a consultation to address your medical issues anytime between 8 am and midnight daily just about anywhere.

DoctorOnCall will be able to provide diagnosis for your medical condition, recommend the right treatment for your illness and issue an electronic prescription if necessary. On the other hand, medication can be optionally delivered to you, provided you are travelling domestically with Tune Protect Travel Protection Plan.

For all AirAsia Tune Protect’s travel protection plan (annual and comprehensive) policyholders who are departing from Malaysia for international or domestic trips from 1st of December 2018 to 28th of February 2019, medical consultation via DoctorOncall is complimentary.
